INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon turmeric (organic tastes better)
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
2. Line a baking tray with Parchment paper and place spaced apart on the tray
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
